- RATES do include water, gas, electricity, WiFi Connection, 1 Parking Place in the garage, final cleaning (not including kitchen cleaning). City tax not included (€ 1,20 pppn max 7 days).
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION – A deposit is required to secure the reservation.
- DEPOSIT – When booking by bank transfer or credit card;
- CANCELLATION – check your reservation cancellation policy, if not mentioned the cancellation policy is the following: Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival with deposit refund. From 30 to 16 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. From 15 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee. No refund for early departures.
- BALANCE – Requested 30 days prior to arrival via bank transfer or credit card.
- ARRIVAL – From 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Arrivals later than 8.00 p.m. on request basis with € 50,00 extra charge
- DEPARTURE – Within 10.00 on departure date
- DAMAGE DEPOSIT – €150,00 to be paid upon key collection, returnable on departure after an apartment check.
- FINAL CLEANING – included in price (kitchen cleaning is responsibility of the guest)
- LINEN – Bath / bed linen included in price with weekly change for multiple-week stays.
- TRAVEL COT – € 6 per day for children up to 3 years
- EXTRA BED – On request € 55,00 per person per week
- PETS – Small dogs allowed (max 1 dog per apartment), extra charge € 10 per night
